The Evin B. Hartsell Endowed Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to full or part-time undergraduate and graduate students at the University of South Florida and at Saint Leo University who are pursuing a degree in social work,  psychology, or counseling. Preference will be given to students with a disability, US military veterans, and those with a GPA of 3.0 and higher.
